What is it that L&D practitioners are really looking for? What is good? What is bad? What do you want to be able to do, and what is just flashy for the sake of flashy?
Make sure that you are offering your employees real value in their development. This means training them in skills they need, and in areas that they want to develop.
Anytime, anywhere access to work materials can be a boon. Think remote working, flexible schedules and responsive teams. The challenge is to prevent anytime, anywhere becoming all the time, everywhere.
Being online doesn’t necessarily mean working with the web. Working with the web means not imposing things on it, or trying to fight against it.
